Procedure for Empanelment / Onboarding of Arbitrators
1. Application Submission
Interested professionals shall submit the prescribed Empanelment Form along with supporting documents such as CV, qualifications, professional registrations, ADR/ODR certifications, and identity proof.
2. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should generally possess:
• Min 5 years of experience in BFSI space in addition to a Minimum 10 years of professional experience
• Relevant domain expertise
• Integrity and professional standing
• Basic proficiency in ODR processes and digital platforms
3. Verification & Evaluation
JCAM may conduct document verification, background checks, and assessment of professional experience and suitability.
4. Allocation of Matters
Cases may be assigned based on expertise, availability, language preference, and conflict checks. Empanelment does not guarantee case allocation.
5. Removal from Panel
JCAM reserves the right to suspend or remove any empanelled Arbitrator for misconduct, conflict violations, or non-compliance.
